We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality products and believe that you will be pleased with your order. In the unlikely event you are not, rest assured, you can exchange anything except custom orders or clearance items.

1. All returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days and require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) no exceptions will be made. Please send us an message through our Contact Us page to obtain an RA#. Items received with no Return Authorization will NOT be processed.

2. All returns/exchanges must be in unused and original package in sellable condition.

3. If the item you ordered arrives damaged, defective, or wasn’t what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

4. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to send the exchange/return items back to Liquid Revolutions. Once we receive the item for exchange, the replacement item will be shipped via USPS First Class/Ground, within 1-2 business days, FREE of charge. Each subsequent exchange will have a $10 shipping and handling fee.

5. All returns for refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee (minimum of $5).

6. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

7. If ordered qualified for Free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Please allow one billing period for any refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

9. For your security, please return your items with an insured courier (ie., FedEx, UPS, USPS tracking and delivery confirmation) and retain your receipt or delivery confirmation. Liquid Revolutions is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

10. Any returns/exchanges that are shipped without postage prepaid (ie CODs or marked “Paid by Recipient”) will not be accepted by Liquid Revolutions. There will be no exceptions.
